As a Personal Trainer I pride myself with constantly looking for new ways to improve training whilst providing the best possible service in an inspiring environment. I am passionate about improving form and function and have the tools to help you, regardless if you are new to training or a competitive athlete hoping to get the edge over your rivals.

 

Whichever option you choose, it is my aim to deliver the highest quality of personal training. I offer a methodical and systematic approach to each and every session in order to help you achieve your optimal results. I appreciate everyone is unique so your programme will be specific to YOUR goals, YOUR body type and YOUR lifestyle.

 

At TA1 Performance Coaching I offer a broad range of training equipment to suit all goals:

  • Full range of specialist Watson strength gym equipment, including pendulum squat, hack squat, leg curl, leg extension and leg press.
  • Cardiovascular machines - Watt bike, Concept 2 rower, Ski Erg.
  • K-Box fly wheel training.
  • Free weights and kettlebells.
  • TRX suspension training. 
  • Strong man.
  • Speed, Agility and Quickness equipment.
  • Boxing including mitt work and spar bar.
  • MyZone group heart-rate tracking: records heart-rate zones so you know the level you're working at and records the effort you're putting into your training.
  • Use of indoor and outdoor facilites including indoor hall, astro turf and netball courts.

 

Option 1 - 1-2-1 Personal training sessions £30 per hour

My most popular and sought after option! Each session is bespoke to you and your goals. Following a health and a functional movement screening, I will ensure you will have a programme which encompasses all your needs. This will also include online support guides to aid with all aspects of health e.g. nutrition, sleep, digestion and mindset.

 

Option 2 - Partner training 

Transform with a friend and enjoy the benefits - £35 per pair, per hour

  • Motivation - For some people, having a training buddy can support with motivation. Whether you spur each other on or compete against each other, you can both work together with your fitness goals.
  • Accountabiliy - You don't want to let each other down so support each other through each session.
  • Fun - Training should be fun so now you can train and enjoy together.
  • Shared cost - This is a more affordable option that may suit you.

 

Option 3 - Semi-Private Personal Training - 3-4 people - £45-£50 per hour

The new standard of personal training. Same results, less money


Research has shown that results are the same or sometimes even better when working with others. People working with one trainer creates a healthy competition and faster learning which can lead to better results. This coupled with the camaraderie and support from each other, makes my semi-private PT sessions extremely successful at achieving your fitness goals

 

Option 4  - Group Indoor Training -  5-8 people - £10 per person

"Great results, affordable prices"

 

Group training is proving to be very popular with people who want results but at a more affordable price. Get the results with the fun of working in a group.

 

  • All packages include: client questionnaire, body composition measurements, functional movement screening and online support. Further personalisied 1-2-1 nutritional support is available upon request.
  • Apply today to see if we can work together to achieve your goals!
  • N.B. Cancellation policy applies for all three options - at least 24 hours notice is required or else the full cost of the session will be due.

 

Option 5 - Online training and nutrition 8 week programme - £99

DUAL Online Training is a great solution for you if you prefer to train at home or by yourself. One-on-one bespoke attention from me, supporting you with your training needs and from Victoria Self of Clean Nutrition Ltd, a nutritionist offering personal advice with your nutrition. This 50+ page guide includes: meal plans, recipes, exercise plans and weekly check-ins.
